Shanghai Dakai Plastics Co., Ltd (SDK), formally established in August 1992, was purchased by the Shanghai Tianyuan Group and the Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd in Nov. 2001 by means of undertaking SDK's debt. SDK is located in Pudong Waigaoqiao industrial zone, adjacent to Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, and has been ranked as a High-New-Tech enterprise.

Annual Production Capability

We have China's first 5-rolls calendaring production line introduced from Germany Berstorff in 1993 plus the other 5-rolls calendaring production line invested in 2006, each has an annual producing capability of 5000 tons. The thickness range of PVC/ABS/PETG regid sheet is from 0.08mm to 0.81mm in order to satisfy demands of different customers. After the second new production line is completely put into use in 2008, our total annual capability can reach 10000 tons.

Company owns the professional quality check lab with advanced special apparatus worhty of millions Yuan and operated by professional checkers. According to quality standards, there are strict in & out check on raw materials and final products.

Our products enjoy leading technical performance, advanced inspecting methods, extrordinary quality; Especially shrinkage resistance and good flexibility, compared with domestic and overseas counterpart. Among our products, card base materials used on bank card, telecom card, FIC card base and PETG card base material have reached the international advanced level. Moreover, We have the top-ranking technical innovation capability in China, and can develop new card base material according to customers' needs.
