Founded on October 22, 1986, it specializes in the production of core products of motor commutators (commutator segments). Its business scope also covers the manufacturing and sales of power tools, electrical accessories, auto parts, and motorcycle parts, as well as copper processing, project investment, technical services, and the import and export of goods and technologies.

Its domestic market covers more than 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions across the country, accounting for approximately 25% of the market share. About 40% of its products are exported to the Americas, Europe, and China's Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions. It also provides supporting products for over 70% of motor main engine manufacturers worldwide, has established cooperation with well-known enterprises such as Makita (Japan) and LG (South Korea), and some of its products have been classified as inspection-exempt products.
