Features  Of   3 Axes CNC Spring Making Machines
 
1. Cam axis, wire feed axis, rotation core axis, accessory axis(optional)can synchronously work. The mechanical part has eight sets sliding carriages, crank-arms and cam rotation axis. Cam fixed to the rotating axis, you can screw adjustment front and reamend used to promote the movement of slide. Mechanical action in three ways: extrusion, stamping, and molding.
 2. Equipped with advanced controller with 1000 processing files, position of each axis, information of wire feed, production rate, and production amount are all displayed on the screen. Program files can be set and changed on keyboard easily.
3.  Wire feed system is in the back of machine, every two wire feed wheel constitutes of one group. If wire diameter is less than 1.0mm,it requests only one group tungsten steel wire feed wheel, if wire diameter is over 1.0mm, it requests two groups white steel wire feed wheels. Wire feed system has hard-wearing, low noise, and high precision function.
