Shandong Province Winson Non-woven Materials Co., Ltd is a joint venture company which is invested by Shandong Province Textile Machinery&Accessories Co., Ltd and Hong Kong Winson International Enterprise Ltd.

We have been producing spunlace nonwoven since 2004. The company mainly engaged in producing, processing, management of nonwoven materials. It own three parallel laying spunlace production lines and 1 cross production lines, which can produce kinds of nonwoven materials.

Our product grams' ranges from 28 GSM to 80GSM which is produced by pure raw materials and blending materials, and covers three categories of plain, mesh, and embossed series. The annual production is 10000 tons.

The spunlace production line owns a full range of detection methods, which equipped with NDC on-line Gauge&Control System imported from America and I2s on-line Flawscan System imported from France, the best YG026C fabric tenacity electronic tester, ZBD white degree tester, YG747 eight-basket oven, YG141 thickness tester, ZF-I Ultraviolet analyzer, electronic balance in physics laboratory. Besides, we also havve biological lab, which can test the microorganism.

We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system certification and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

The spunladce product has many characteristics such as soft handle, clean surface, clear lines, anti-pilling, good moisture, no spots and no foreign things, health and clean and so on, and it is widely used in cleaning and skin care, health care, beauty care and other fields.
