QUANZHOU YATAI CABINETS CO., LTD(abbr. YATAI ), also named QUANZHOU ARTIST CABINETS CO., LTD was set up in 1999, and registered in August of 2003. We also have a new facoty about 15,000 sqm ready to put into use by the end of August in 2007.

As a modern cabinets company professionally dealing with design, production and sales of cabinet series, including integrated kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, vanities and cabinet hardware fittings, YATAI has been strict in any aspect in porduction, we only choose green products of Chinese standard for environmental protection or European standard E1. Our facilities are mainly imported from Germany, like German BRANDT KDN/120/2 automatic edge-banding machines, ACTENDORF WA8 cutting beds, etc.

Among our present 200 working staff, there are 5 engineers, 20 designers and 25 senior technicians. YATAI middle-to-high-end products find a great market both at home and abroad. Our business currently covers more than 10 foreign countries, among which are UK, US, Australia, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Indonesia and so on.

PRODUCTS

YATAI cabinets series fall into 4 catalogues: LACQUER, MFC, THERMO-FIOL and SOLID WOOD.

LACQUER also named 2 PAC in AUST market

MDF with Britain ICI paint. After baking procedurem, same as car surface, our 2 PAC cabinets shows brilliant color, high gloss, high rigidity and easily washable. YATAI offers a large color selection with E1 PB carrcase

MFC SERIES

Melamine Faced Chip Board with coordinate color on both sides, wood grain on the surface, Artim MFC has a rigid surface to avoid scratch or bump. Fairly low price makes MFC ever marketable. Edging banding to MFC is indispensable, in YATAI we offer pvc and Aluminum edge banding, with E1 PB carcase.

THERMO-FOIL (or PVC-WRAP) SERIES:

ThERMO-FOIL consists of MDF with vacuum-wrap overlay. YATAI choose top grade MDF board and German 0.5mm PVC film of high glossy and antique series etc. Through original German vacuum-wrap technique procedure, our vacuum wrap product is fast in color, stable in shape and always in accordance with European standard E1.

YATAI vacuum-wrap doors provide a large variety of style, color, and finish to your taste. When matched up with colorful double-sided E1 damp-proof particle board carcase, the vacuum-wrap kitchens feature archaized European style.

SOLID WOOD SERIES:

Our solid wood mainly comes from great forest in Northeast China. Where timber has a longer growth period, distinct wood grain and higher density. After drying circulation under different temperature, (moisture to be within 10%) our doors are stable and durable. YATAI offers two kinds of solid wood doors, complete solid wood doors and combined solid-wood doors (solid wood frame with wood veneered mid panel).

YATAI provides all kinds of wood species, most popular of which are maple, birch, walnut, cherry, Chinese oak etc. We also handle all kinds of imported timber. YATAI supplies top-grade chipboard and plywood carcase for you.
