We are the casting aluminium and casting iron filter adaptor OEM supplier for several US customer. Cim-tek, Hydac, Hybird, Zinga, Parker, Donalson, Fleetguard, Mann, Sofima, Vesco. And so on.

We have lots of experience on tooling design, casting, paiting and machining for filter adaptor. We are able to slove all issues during the whole processes, from tooling, casting, debur, steel ball vibration, threading, impregnation and pressure testing. All the product are 100% pressure tested. We guarantee no visible porosity both outside and inside. (The castings are cut off to check the porosity on the hourly basic. ). The surface of casting iron adaptor is painted with chemical resistance paint which has been proved to pass the 72 hours soaking test with gasoline and alcohol mixture.

We provide complete QC report on each processes. We also provide material inspection on mechanism, composition analysis for each batch.
