1. DFI as the customers' buying agent in China

Our company is processing orders as the customer's agent in China. Therefore, I negotiate with the Chinese suppliers and/or manufacturers for the customer's procurement of the goods in China. In addition, I am entrusted by the customers to explore, develop and source the goods required by the customers.

2. DFI's specialty in business operation

As you might well aware, Chinese suppliers generally accept the minimum order quantity of more than 1 container load for the single item. Our company is not only handling the items of full container load, but also doing so- called " Mixed container" which is to stuff various items the customer require in a container.

This is the specialty of my business scope for the customers who are requiring various items with the small quantities. This mixed container service are consisting of somewhat complicated procedures which requires our company to go through every procedure such as inland transportation of the goods from each supplier, warehousing and export formalities. However, please note that the home appliance items mostly can not be shipped in the form of mixed container.

3. Payment term

After negotiation with the suppliers are made and the terms and condition for the deal was accepted by you, our company will issue the proforma invoice based on FOB or CNF. The payment will be made by telegraphic transfer to DFI's account. If you are able to arrange the shipping at your side, the price term for the proforma invoice will be FOB China.

4. Commission

The customers are paying commissions to my company in US dollar at the rate of 3 percent of the commercial invoice value on FOB basis for all the orders processed by the agent.

5. Sample arrangement

As to the sample forwarding charges, the actual costs of the sample purchased as well as the cost for the courier service are being charged to the customers.
