Changsha Aosky Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which grew out of Changsha Shunda Auto-Electric Corp from 1999, is a professional manufacturer of designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing high performance ignition coils. With 13 years' development, the company covers an area of 15, 000 square meters, and is with a total investment of 30 million yuan. It locates in automotive components manufacturing industry base Yongan Industrial Park, which is 10 kilometers away from the Huanghua International airport and near the high-speed Beijing-Zhuhai and Shanghai-Kunming express way. It is very convenient in traffic respect.
The company has two well-known brands: CheShun Electron and AOSKY. The products involve 21 cars brands, a total of 218 varieties. Meanwhile, our company has introduced the advanced manufacturing equipment from Germany and testing equipment from Japan, and has had a production capacity of 3, 000, 000 sets with high quality and stable performance. Most items have been exporting to the North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the sales volume in 2011 reached 30 million RMB.
Our company owns first class R & D center, the ongoing technological innovation and introduction of technology. A technical cooperation agreement was signed between the Automotive Engineering Institute of the South China University and our company, and together we carries on the ignition coil development and research process. The company now has six technology patents and in order to adapt to the new energy in the car promotion and application, the company developed 8 ignition coils that work on burning gas. We continue to work towards the objective of quality first, possessing good quality management system and manufacturing control system. The company has passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification and the TS16949 quality management system certification.
