We have a large facility and utilize our own factories in the production of our modular railing system and handrail accessories. Our foundry built in 2000 covers 15, 000 square meters and is staffed with 200 employees, annual capacity is 2000 metric tons. Our fabrication plant, built in 2005, covers 2, 000 square meters and has 100 employees. In addition, we possess a full set of production equipment and machining facilities that include our triple-linear coordinate measuring instruments, advanced lost-wax casting facilities with 120-ton capacity per month, our CNC-lathe machines, machine center, projecting apparatus, height gauge, surface roughness gauge, and balancing apparatus, as well as other modern production machinery. This high-tech equipment allows us to make the size of our products as precise as possible. We also utilize our ultrasonic cleaner to enhance the brightness of our products.

We also conduct spectral analysis, tensile testing, impact and hardness testing, leakage testing, X-ray nondestructive flaw detection, and conventional hydraulic pressure testing to ensure that only the most reliable rail system and handrail accessory products reach our valued customers. After testing, we offer certification and testing reports for any clients who need them. Our attention to quality and detail is why our company has passed the German TUV ISO 9001-2008 and PED/AD2000(TRD100) standards. All our products are also ISO 927-2006 salty fog standard compliant and GB/T6461-2002 graded.
