When it comes to sourcing products from China, there is always a concern and a potential lack of trust. As we have offices in China and the UK, there is that safety net, putting your mind at rest. Contracts are underwritten within the country of operation to ensure your deposit and funds are not stolen, never to be seen again.

We supply video conferencing and factory tours via video link so you can see your product being made as well as samples you can physically being checked live.

We can arrange the shipping of containers for you and even put you in contact with other local businesses who use us so you can share container space and save money. This is ideal for smaller businesses who struggle to hold stock of a full container. We can't always promise this, but we can see what we can do regarding this. As an alternative scenario, we can distribute to our UK offices, unload and deliver for a fee. This would be done as close to cost as physically possible in order to assist the growth of your business and again improve the business relationship.

New Product Development

From the initial concept, through to bringing the product to market is a long and arduous process. Not only are we here to assist during the process but we try and make your life easier at every turn. When deciding, your idea has potential, you then need to take the first step. An important decision to make is knowing who to trust and who can source the products and manufacture them.

After liaising with you about your concept or product we can then move into position to serve you as best we can. We do this by organising the supply chain that gives you a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. We go the extra mile in this regard by assisting with currency conversion to help with costing and pricing strategy to give you a good ROI.

We can create mock-UPS and samples of the products and ship them to you for closer inspection prior to mass production. Alternatively, as a time-saving measure we can offer a video consultation in which we show off the product via live video link, where you can request specific tests to be done to ensure it meets the standards expected. This is great for time saving and helps grow the trust between both parties within the business. Should you have overlooked something that is noticed by our diligent team, they will contact and inform you and ask your opinion on the best course of action to proceed.
