Bon Voyage Logistics Inc. (BVL) is a Taiwan based company, and we engage in China market since 1995. In 2003, in view of the rapid growth in China Market and China government's new policy published for NVOCC, we re-organized its head office in Shanghai, China and applied to be a Chinese Non-vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) legalized by Ministry of Transportation, China (MOC-NV00982). In the Meantime, BVL is a licensed ocean Transportation Intermediary approved by Federal Maritime Commission of the United States (FMC-OTI No. 18570N).
As we know that China as a whole is divided into 3 different types of administrative area and they are Municipality, Province, and AUTONOMOUS REGION, MUNICIPALITY in Chinese is SHI, A SHI although much smaller than a Province, they directly report to central government and there is no one single province who has sovereignty over them. PROVINCE is geographical locations, which contains many cities and towns and directly reports to the central government. Lastly AUTONOMOUS REGION in Chinese is ZIZHIQU, which is similar to a PROVINCE, but they retained certain sovereignty from central government, there are 3 SHIS, 22 PROVINCES, and 5 ZIZHIQUS.
