Wuxi Shengchong International Gr. Co. Takes care of all export business of Machine division. We have supplied our machines to various countries incl. India, Norway, Italy, France, Russia, Mexico, Philipines, Taiwan, Malayasia etc. In India, CRI Pumps is our major customer where we have supplied numerous machines of different kind for their Pump division. Also we have supplied various machines in Western India as well as Eastern India to different customers.
Also, Wuxi Shengchong International Gr. Co. Is in trading business and we represent numerous companies of China to take care of their export business outside China. Presently we are supplying various spares to some of the Steel Plants in India as well as in Gulf countries. In India, we are one of the major supplier for spares to Electrosteel Group for their integrated steel plant at Bokaro. Also, we supply spares to Visa Steel for their steel plant at Odisha. At Electrosteel, we support them by bringing various manufacturers for service job too for the equipments supplied by them.
We have the cooperation with various equipment manufacturers of China for Steel plants viz. Blast Furnace, Raw Material Handling System, Sinter Plant, Coke Oven Plant, Power Plant, Oxygen Plant, Lime & Dolo Plant, Steel Melt Shop, Caster, Bar Mill, Wire Rod Mill etc.
For Wire Rod Mill of Electrosteel (Morgan Mill) and Visa Steel (SMS MEER Mill) in India, we are the only supplier of TC Rings for their complete rolling. Electrosteel is rolling @35000 MT in a month from Wire Rod Mill and Visa Steel is currently rolling @15000 MT in a month at their Wire Rod Mill. Also, we supply TC Rings to some other steel plants in India and other countries viz. Nigeria and UAE (Dubai).
Apart from TC Rings, we supply Guide assembly & guide parts (Morgan/Danieli/Aslo design) to these Wire Rod Mills in India. All the customers are very much satisfied with performance of Guide parts as well as TC Rings. Performance of TC Ring is at PAR with world leaders in this field viz. Sandvik, Sintermet, Tegutec etc.
