We are a Western owned and operated company but are based here fulltime in China. We have offices in Hong Kong as well as in Dongguan City in Guangdong Province China.

The inspection service we provide include: In-process inspection and a final inspection (along with reports and pictures documenting everything) for each PO. We have general inspection criteria and then the inspection gets as specific as you require. Prior to starting our inspections, we will ask you for anything specific you want us to look for. During the in-process inspection we are looking at the different production processes to find, stop, and correct any problems as early as possible.

During final inspection we normally will inspect about 10% of the goods (unless a different percentage is specified by you). If we determine there are problems beyond the scope of normal manufacturing we will instruct the factory how to correct or if needed, we will consult with you first and then direct the factory. Once we confirm the shipment is approved the items will be ready for shipment.
