Shenglei auto parts manufacturing Co, Ltd is located in Xinhua Industrial Rui'an city Zhejiang province, There are 110 staff in Shenglei, 20 of them are technicians and professional staff. The Company covers an area of 12, 000 square meters. The Company is specialized in manufacturing alternators and components includes: Bosch, Valeo, Delco series. Almost all of the above alternators and components are exported to USA market, Europe market and Middle East. The Company has the capacity of 200, 000 PCS of alternators per annum.

Shenglei has a strong R&D capacity. Progressive toolings used on high speed press are all tooled by ourself, automatic encircling equipment were developed and made by our technicians. The Company is a Provincial and Municipal level hi-tech enterprise. Many of the Company products win award for New Products, High-Tech Products.

Shenglei is very active in new products development. New alternators are always under develop each month. A plan is made to develop 40 alternators within one year for both US and EU market. The Company will be very interested in developing new units for South America market and Russia market.

Shenglei has advanced manufacturing and testing facilities to ensure that products are in high quality and meet customers specification. The Company has equipment such as CNC machining center, balancing equipment, rotor/stator varnishing machines, ultrasonic cleaning machine, D&V alternator performance tester from Canada, alternator high temperature endurance tester, rotor/stator performance tester etc.
