Since its founding, ruan's (aidni)pearl put the development of high-tech at the most important position. It attaches great importance to combination of production, study and research, introduction of technical persons and training of scientific researching power. Since the establishment of pearl researching institute in august of 2000, it has built up a long-term cooperation relationship with many scientific researching institutes of high colleges, and famous experts at home and abroad. In 2001, it imports the advanced pearl processing equipment from abroad, and nationalizes it considering the actual situation in china. On the basis of pearl bleaching and glossing technique, which has independent intellectual property, the company increases the investment in scientific research, and firstly invents "solid-liquid double phase technique of absorption oxidizing, bleaching, glossing and dyeing", which has duel efficiency of bleaching and glossing, and enables pearl products to have 1-2 higher of luster class, and obvious enhancement of transparency. The bleaching rate for light and mottled pearl is over 80%, and for relatively dark color is over 70%. The preservation time exceeds seven years. Subject to the inspection of national gemstone testing centre, its technical indexes all conform to the national standard of gb/t grading of bred pearl. On dec. 31 of 2001, the technique passes the "appraisal of technologic fruit" (no. [01]635) by zhejiang science & technology office.
