Our factory is a large-scale comprehensive machinery manufactory with I/E permission. We have nine branch factories:

Our factory is a large-scale comprehensive machinery manufactory with I/E permission. We have nine branch factories:
- Reducer Factory: mainly produces reducer and gear of various specification. And specializes in producing hard tooth-surface gear speed reducer and weldinglarge size components or box.
- Electrical Machinery Factory: mainly produces wire and cable of various specifications and models.
- Rubber Factory: mainly produces various rubber products, oil spray-proof rubber core and flashboard rubber core are the best famous products in China.
- Trading Factory: produces barbecues, hardware & tools for export purpose.
- Foundry Factory: various casting iron, casting steel and forging products.
- Heat-treatment Factory: mainly deals with surface treatment of annealing, quenching, carburize quenching, glow hydronium nitride, electroplate.
- Oxygen Make Factory: mainly produces industrial used oxygen, medical used oxygen and liquid nitrogen.
- Electronic Components Factory: produces and assembles thermistor and temperature sensor.
- Import and Export Company: operating export work and domestic distribution. At the same time import equipment and materials for all branch factories.
We own thousands of machinery equipment. The following are the major heavy-duty equipment:
- a set of 3 tons free forging(with 2 meter ton manipulator), 3 tons models forging
- 2 sets of 2 tons cupolas 8 sets of dia 1.25－2.5 meter vertical lathes
- 2 sets planer-type milling machines 2 sets of double column planers
- 2 sets of digital display boring machines with standard
- 6 sets of high precision jip boring machines
- 2 sets of great modulus gear-hobbing machines (above M20 )
- a set dia 1000X8000 horizontal lathe machine
- 2 sets of 1250 tons vulcanization machines
- A set of N/C cutting machine CE-P4000 which has the ability to cut steel sheet of 4000mm wide X200mm thick.
- 2 sets of great modulus gear-milling machines
--2 sets of personal computer controlling well carburizing furnaces
- a set of great modulus synthetic test machine with personal computer controlling gear
- a set of 250 tons punch machine
- a set of 500 tons four column hydraulic machine
- a set of W12-20x2500 four column rolling machine, and can roll: 20mm thick x 2500mm wide steel.
Our factory has obtained the certificate of ISO9001 quality guarantee system since 1999 with Germany GS/TUV Security Certificate for some of exported products.
