Hearting Corp., Ltd. is located in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, where is a city of sweaters manufacturing. The factory's house was constructed in the modern Industrial Zone with total area of 6000 square meters. All the equipments in our factory are advanced knitting machines:
150 Flat Knit Machines, 12GG; 15 Flat Knit Machines, 14GG; 50 Sewing Machines, 14GG and 16GG; 1 Washing Machine; 3 Drying Machines; 20 Ironing Boards. Totally 450 Workers; Capacity is more than 50, 000Pcs a month. We also have a branch factory in Shaoxing(12GG Machines) and have lots of cooperiative factories with different gauge like 3GG, 5GG, 6GG, 7GG, 9GG and 14GG. They have totally about 150 machines. Our yarns are usually rayon, viscose, nylon, cotton, silk, acrylic, ramie, linen, merino wool, cashmere etc. Garments are mostly shipped to USA and European market.

Hearting Corp., Ltd is developed from Ningbo Hearting International Inc, which started garments business in 1996. and in 2001 we opened our own sweater factory in Shaoxing. With the knowledge of international trading, we attach much more importance to the quality control as the real manufacturer. We set up the efficient merchandiser department and technology department, both of these two departments follow the quality from the samples making to the goods delivering. We have the strong team for samples making. There are 25 knitting machines only for samples and several technicians work for the samples. Our aim is just to give our customers the samples ASAP with the correct understanding. Even some basic yarns/style can be finished in 2 hours!
