Jiangyin Found Machinery Co., Ltd (later referred to as Found) is a Jiangyin government approved foreign investment enterprises, which is engaged in heavy equipment manufacturing and large non-standard steel product processing. It was initiated in June, 2003 and was build up September, 2006.

Found is located in Jiangsu Jiangyin, which is economically most rapidly developing and most energetic hinterland "Yangtze River Delta". It is in Shi Zhuangyuan District, Lingang Xincheng, Jiangyin, which is the juncture of Jiangyin and Changzhou. It is located in advantaged region, with Shanghai on the east and Nanjing on the west.

Found 's factory covers an area of 200 Mu, with a total building area of 78000m. The three production Sub plants have 14 spans in all ( the maximum distance, height and lifting weight for one single span are respectively 27m, 22m, and 80/20t). The factory is 337m× 168m by area, which is relatively closed and at the same time has special track and log tram car throughout, to make sure the mutual cooperation during production.

Found is mainly engaged in metallurgical equipment manufacturing, and research, development and manufacturing of high precision mechanical equipment, high-tech automatic digital component controlling system and highly effective welding and assembling production equipment
