It designs and manufactures plastic injection molds and plastic parts for full scale of plastic products. Aarone, capitalized by a Hong Kong group was founded in August 1983. The plant was opened in 1991 and located in Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen. It designs and manufactures plastic injection molds and plastic parts for full scale of plastic products. In addition, our OEM service includes plastic injection molding, mold making, screen printing, painting and production assembly.
The plant covers 15, 000 m2 of space with about 600 employees. Within are offices to the Human Resources, Accounting, Sourcing, Engineering, PMC, Research & Development, Document Control, Technical Assistance and others. The working areas comprise of departments of Injection Molding, Tooling, Tool Maintenance, PE, Screen Printing, Color Mixing Room, QC, Assembly Production Floor and Warehouse.
Aarone is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified enterprise. A certificate of compliance in standards for safety was issued by the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) on December 1999. The measures for the implementation of RoHS Directive were adopted on March 2006. In July 2008, we have passed ISO14001: 2004 certification audit.
