We have nearly 30 sets of fully automatic injection molding machine, all equipped with mechanical arm, automatic suction feeder; 9 sets of high-speed punch press; Mould processing equipment and workshop (grinding machine, WEDM-MS, wire cutting machine, etc). We could develop products according to customer's requirement.
We have a strong R & D team, advanced experimental equipment, an efficient and rapid material management system of ERP, passed the international quality management system of ISO/TS16949. We have 165 staffs, including 22 technicists, 25 quality inspectors, 5 engineers who has more than 10 years experience in mould development.
