Hebei Jingye Gaopin Steel Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-end high-quality steel production project invested by Jingye Group. The project is constructed in two phases: The first phase of the 1450mm series production line and the second phase of the 1800mm series production line. Jingye cold-rolled products are positioned as high-end products, adopting domestic leading technology, large-scale equipment, intelligent production, high-end products, and information-based services. Relying on the high-tech advantages of the main iron and steel industry, afull-process industrial chain from sintering, ironmaking, seelmaking, hot rollig and cold rolling is formed. Cold rolled products with a thickness of 0.2mm-2.5mm can be produced, Special specifications can be customized to meet customer individualization Demand and cost are lower.

The first phase of the 1450mm project has an investment of 2.1 billion yuan and will be put into operation smoothly at the end of May 2020. It includes a tandem acid tandem mill, a continuous rolling mill, a hot-DIP galvanizing mill, a hot-DIP galvanizing mill, and a color coating mill. The designed annual production capacity is 1.2 million tons, including 600, 000 tons of cold-rolled sheets, 300, 000 tons of hot-DIP galvanized sheets, 300, 000 tons of hot-DIP galvanized sheets, and 200.000 tons of color-coated sheets.
