JIAXING NIMO NEW MATERIAL CO Ltd, and we are specialized in the tin can packaging industry. I have been working in this industry for 10 years of my own.

We mainly do manufacturing and trading on several items related to the can making industry.

1. Tinplate

We start the production from tin coating, we bought the raw material from big steel mills and do the tin coating on the cold rolled steel to make it into tinplate.

Production line: 1 line

Yearly capacity: 100, 000 MT

2. Printing and lacquering

We can do customized printing outside of the can, and internal good grade lacquering. The internal lacquering will be food grading and also good condition like acid resistance since tomato paste is acid.

Printing line: 2 line

Lacquering line: 5 line

Yearly capacity: 50, 000 MT

3. Easy open lid and Normal lid

We also have the production line for the normal lids, like what I know you used size: 202(52mm, 70G can), 300(73mm, 210G/400G can).

For easy open lid, we sourced from our cooperative factory.

Normal lid line: 4 line

Normal lid yearly capacity: 500 million PCS

Easy open lid years capacity: 2 billion PCS

4. Coating

We do trading for the internal powder and external coating on the welding line. White powder internal for the welding line and clear varnish external line, to protect the welding line from rust since the welding line are without tin coating.

Yearly capacity: 1000 MT
