Hebei Yaoran Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd. ("Yaoran Group") was originally founded as Yaoran (Hebei) Electric Co., Ltd. By Founder Mr. Liu Tao on September 10, 2021, in Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Since its establishment, the company has focused on industrial pumps and motors, leveraging the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing cluster advantages to serve mining, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical and other heavy-duty industries. 2021-2022: Built core product portfolio, including Warman-series slurry pumps, filter press feed pumps, YZ-type submersible slurry pumps, medium-density pumps, flotation pumps, submersible slurry pumps and supporting motors, quickly penetrating the domestic industrial market. 2023-2024: Launched global expansion by establishing an international trade division, targeting emerging markets in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and South America, serving coal washing plants, mines, wastewater treatment and water conservancy projects. 2025: Officially renamed Hebei Yaoran Electromechanical Group Co., Ltd., completing business integration and organizational optimization to form a R&D-Manufacturing-Sales-Service integrated group operation, with annual output value exceeding RMB 80 million and export ratio reaching 40%.
