Molding and parts production made from plastic and rubber.

It is a family business with its production facility in Guangdong China since 2010 and with a tight partnership in engineering and service in the Czech Republic.

We have gone through the usual development of a small company - from suppliers of individual components and construction data for large companies, through forms for the local market (which were in many cases subsequently resold by large local "players" abroad), until we produce molds for European customers, according to European practices.

OUR PRODUCT

In addition to serial molds, we produce prototypes and small series tools, or we only supply parts.

For the sake of completeness, I present serial deliveries of vulcanized parts (EPDM, silicone, NBR… ) - in the millions of parts per year, mainly to the automotive industry.

INDUSTRIALS WE SERVE:

As for the tools themselves, they are directed to the following sectors: Automotive (covers, bases with inserts, endings of bowden hoses, stops, grilles… ), white goods (pump housings, connection terminals with inserts, covers… ), electrical engineering (carbon housings for electric motors, terminals), communication technology (bases and cases for PCBs), medical products (boxes) and the like. The vulcanization moldings are designed for the automotive, forestry and medical industries.

Our customers are plastic injection molding companies and toolmakers, whom we assist in price, time and capacity.

Our customers are also tier1 assembling companies supplying to automotive OEMs.

We work also together with global companies who make product design and development, thanks to our expertise in part designing and engineering.
