Shenzhen Micro Space Architectural Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Micro Space'), under the Shenzhen Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd., is LED by Academician Meng Jiandu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, focusing on the industrialization of urban micro-space architecture. Micro Space responds to national policies such as the 'Toilet Revolution, ' 'Dual Carbon Goals, ' 'Architectural Industrialization, ' 'High-Quality Development, ' and 'New Productivity. ' It draws inspiration from the 'production, sales, and maintenance' model of automobiles, exploring how to build houses 'like manufacturing cars. ' Currently, Micro Space has applied for 43 patents and obtained 61 authorizations. It participates in research projects on sanitary space industrialization by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Shenzhen Municipality, winning first-class provincial architectural technology awards and other accolades. The company has launched nearly 20 architectural product series, covering municipal, health, and cultural tourism sectors.

Microspace promotes the productization of buildings through 'standardization and modularization. ' All components, equipment, and control systems are produced and assembled in factories, allowing them to be used immediately like automotive and home appliance products. These products achieve full-process digital management through BIM applications in design and production, intelligent control in operation and management, and visualized operations in maintenance and upkeep. Microspace products adopt modularization from individual parts to entire buildings, utilizing a technical system that allows for repair, replacement, and upgrading of various modules, thus achieving the lifelike nature of building products.
