The company has two production lines of biaxially oriented polyester film (BOPET) three-layer coextrusion ABC structure and ABA structure (original equipment of Jiangyin Jinzhongda Company) imported from Bruckner Company in Germany, with an annual production capacity of about 40000 tons and a product thickness range of 8 microns to 75 microns. In 2014, the company invested in the comprehensive upgrading and transformation of double-line equipment and environment, which can provide customers with high-quality and special BOPET products.

The company's existing products are divided into five series: Ordinary packaging film substrate, special packaging film substrate, industrial film substrate, optical and optical protection substrate, BOPET special film series. The products are widely used in the fields of food, medical packaging, cardboard laser anti-counterfeit transfer, building decoration, automobile and building glass energy-saving and explosion-proof, reflective substrate, metal film, electronics, optics and optical protection.

General packaging film series includes: Printing, aluminizing, composite substrate, bronzing, laser transfer substrate.

Special packaging film series includes: Twisted film, single-sided and double-sided heat sealing film, and enhanced chemical coating film.

The industrial base material series includes: Reflective base material, release base material, metal bonding base material.

Optical and optical protection base materials: High-definition window film base film, anti-UV film, anti-static film.

Special film series: Matt film, white film, online release coating film, online coating type HD film.

The R&D center of the company has a 30L raw material polymerization reaction device and a 500-800mm variable-width biaxial tensile test line, and is equipped with imported inspection and analysis instruments covering film mechanical properties, optical properties, thermal properties, electrical properties, barrier properties, and film microscopic analysis of polarizing microscope and electron microscope. It has established a comprehensive means of research from special raw material formula to film formula, process and performance. The company has a number of engineering and technical teams that have been engaged in the production and research and development of BOPET film for a long time, and provides technical support for the company's product research and development relying on the group's post-doctoral workstation, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center, universities' industry-university-research cooperation and other technical platforms.
