Relying on the transportation advantages of logistics hubs such as Chongqing Huanglian Port and the abundant quartz resources in Southwest China, it is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sales of silicon metal. The factory has been deeply engaged in the silicon metal industry for many years, with an annual production capacity of tens of thousands of tons. Among them, the annual capacity of 441-grade silicon metal is nearly 10, 000 tons, making it one of the core suppliers of silicon metal for foreign trade exports in Chongqing.

In terms of production technology, the factory adopts advanced submerged arc furnace smelting techniques, precisely controlling the raw material ratios of quartz and refined coal through computer programs, and combining this with bottom-blown oxygen refining processes to achieve efficient purification and impurity removal of silicon metal. This ensures that 441-grade silicon metal products meet high industry standards for purity and performance. At the same time, the factory has heavily invested in building an environmentally friendly production system, equipped with waste heat power generation, multi-layer high-efficiency fiberglass bag dust collectors, and wet desulfurization devices. The particulate emissions are below 30 mg/m³ , production wastewater is treated for reuse, and solid waste is comprehensively recycled, fully meeting Chongqing's environmental emission standards and green production requirements.

Thanks to stable product quality and a comprehensive supply chain system, the factory's silicon metal products not only serve domestic industries such as aluminum processing and semiconductors but are also exported overseas via foreign trade channels such as Hong Kong, establishing long-term partnerships with customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
