Our company primarily employs microfluidic technology as the main production process to achieve industrial-scale amplification of this technology. By designing multi-channel microfluidic chips and utilizing continuous-flow microfluidic systems, we enable high-throughput and continuous microsphere preparation. This allows for the mass production of microspheres in a short time, meeting the demand for kilogram-scale industrial production of high-quality microspheres. Currently, the company has achieved standardized mass production capabilities for microspheres of various materials and sizes, ranging from 20 to 500 μ M. These include sodium alginate hydrogel microspheres, polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres, polylactic acid (PLA) microspheres, polycarbonate (PC) microspheres, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres, poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) microspheres, polystyrene (PS) microspheres, and hydroxyapatite microspheres. We also offer microsphere production services on a contract basis.
