Xi'an DELI Biochemical Industry Co., Ltd. Was established in August 1999. And it is a high and new technology enterprise dedicating to the research and development, manufacture and selling of new pharmaceutic excipients. Through the authentication of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Commission, the technology of our company is filled technological gaps in China and reaching advanced level in the world. In 2000, the company received 700 thousand Yuan of appropriation from Ministry of Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprise Technology Innovation Fund. In 2001, the leading product of company -Hydroxypropyl Betadex project is listed in Xi'an Torch Plan. In the same year, as the first category I pharmaceutic excipients, Hydroxypropyl Betadex passed the examination of State Drug Administration. At September 14th, 2002, our company acquired the clinical approval file (file number: 2002FL0001). At June 23rd, 2007, our company filed the application to the State Food and Drug Administration for manufacture. The Drug Evaluation Center of State Food and Drug Administration completed the technology evaluation at January 23rd, 2009, and reported to the State Food and Drug Administration for examination and approval. And issued with the new drug certificate at February 27th, 2009, (Certificate No.: State Drug Certificate F20090001), new drug registration approved documents (approved documents No.: 2009S00608), and drug approval number (State Drug Approved No.: F20090001). In 2010, our company passed the examination of Drug Supervision and Administration Department and received the drug production certificate. Our company is the first pharmaceutic excipients company who can production the injection grade of hydroxypropyl betadex approved by State Food and Drug Administration. With the raising of demands, the company invested over 20 million Yuan to construct a Hydroxypropyl Betadex production base with annual yield of 500 tons in Daixin Industrial Park, Lintong Region, Xi an in 2014, and They have been put into production.
