Guochang Machinery (GCM) is a company specialized in manufacturing wear parts of construction machinery. The company was founded in 1997. Currently it has 130 employees including 1senior engineer, 5 engineers and 4 technical masters.
GCM paid much attention on the research and development of wear parts in construction machinery and accumulated rich experiences in this field. Being a base of production, teaching and researching, GCM gradually forms a strong direction which is the research and application of wear resistant materials. Teeth and adapters now become the key products of GCM. Its teeth and adapters almost never break during operation and have a long service life. They are highly evaluated by the clients.
The annual production capacity of GCM is 6000 tons of alloy steel castings. Machining capacity is 1000 tons a year. Castings weigh from 0.5kg up to 4 tons per piece and maximum diameter of machining is 2.5m. 40% Products are exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia, Japan, Canada and USA.
