Zhuolu High Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd., as the earliest manufacturer of high pressure vessels in this line in China, its history can date back to year 1979. As a state nominated designing and manufacturing factory in Class A and Class B, it is the exclusive company which produces high pressure vessels in Hebei Province.

Our company can produce small and medium capacity of seamless steel gas cylinders, bladder accumulator shells, bladder accumulators, diaphragm accumulators, filter housings, filters etc. With the annual manufacturing capacity of 300, 000 pieces high pressure gas cylinders, 50, 000 sets accumulators and 50, 000 sets of filter shells respectively.

Our company has advanced manufacturing equipment, inspective examination and testing method, strong technical resources, and a qualified management system. All of its manufacturing and testing is carried out under the supervision of a third party. The scope of working pressure is between 6.3MPa (63bar, 914PSI) to 80MPa (800bar, 11600PSI) and volume from 0.5L to 150L for water capacity respectively of our products. On the meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the pressure vessels within the above scope according to customers' requirements.

We now can produce the gas cylinders according to ISO9809 standard, supplying TPED certificate. We can also produce the bladder accumulator shells or bladder accumulators according to PED2014/68/EU, EN14359, AD2000, and ASME.
