It is a production and trade enterprise integrating the production of ginger oil, garlic oil, a variety of natural flavor oil and dehydrated vegetables. The ginger oil and garlic oil produced by Anhui Huafeng Spices Co., Ltd. Are mainly exported. The market share of ginger oil and garlic oil in the export volume of similar products in China is 70% and 40% respectively. Ginger oil and garlic oil are produced by physical extraction method, which can meet the market demand of pure nature. In 2018, a new plant area of 26000 square meters was built in LinlU Industrial Park of Linquan County, with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan. The annual production of garlic granules and garlic powder can reach 5000 tons, the annual refined processing of various flavor oils can reach more than 1000 tons, and the annual production of other famous by-products can reach 10000 tons. At the same time, the company has a production base of ginger slices in Yunnan, with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons. In 2019, the company and COFCO reached a consensus on cooperation, which is expected to formally put into operation in the first half of 2020.
