Jichun Electronics Co., Ltd. Was established in 1988 and is located in Hongguang Industrial Park Liushi Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. It consists of two factories, the southern factory specializes in the production of connectors, such as FFC0.3, FPC0.3, memory card types, board-to-board types, SIM card types, battery types, I/O interface types, headphone jack types, J types, solar types, medical equipment types of connectors, aviation types of connectors, etc. The northern factory is engaged in the production of test probes (spring probes, PCB probes ICT probes, power pins, etc. ), LED holders, aluminum substrates, and lenses.

The southern factory obtained the certificate of high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang in 1992 and has since passed ISO1400 system certification, SGS, CE, FCC, UL, cUL, RoHS, VDE, CCI, PSE, MIC, and other certifications. The products are mainly exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, South Korea, and South Africa. The factory passed ISO9001 system certification in 2001, and the products have obtained UL, REACH, and RoHS certifications, mainly serving the domestic.

In 2003, a factory was established in Tangwei Village, Fuyong Town, Shenzhen, mainly producing battery holders, with POGO as the main product.

In 2005, Jichun International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Was established at Room 08, 8th Floor, Silver High International Building, 707-713 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It mainly serves as an overseas sales center also represents American KMARKED (Comark) silver glue (KM1912HK high-conductivity silver glue, KM1901HK high-conduct silver glue, KM1612HK-JS medium-conductivity silver glue, KM1712HK-JSW two-component room-temperature cured glue, KM1012HK-JS low-power product silver glue), American ECT, QA probes, INGUN probes, PTR probes, Taiwanazhong probes, and Swiss GRAT metallographic consumables and equipment.

In October 2009, it acquired LM Probe Company in and moved the factory to Busan, Korea, to produce probes.

In 2014, it established Shenzhen Jichen Electronics Co., Ltd in Fuyong Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

In 2016, it established Qianhaiixuan Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. In the Qianhai area of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
