MAIN APPLIACTION:

1, Acidic milk drinks, including ordinary fermented milk drinks, blended milk drinks, brown milk drinks (probiotics fermented milk drinks), and similar various acidic milk drinks, can improve the emulsion stability of products significantly, reduce the precipitation, and provide a refreshing taste. Recommended dosage: 0.2-0.4%

2, Yogurt products, can be applied to both low temperature yogurt and normal temperature yogurt products, can provide excellent stability and smooth taste, remove bad month feeling and granular sensation of the modified starch and other thickener, enhance the presentation of fermented flavor, improve the quality.
