Dalian Bihai Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. Was established in 1985 and is located in Pikou Industrial Park, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China.

In 1997, Branch Plant 1 was expanded; In 2002, Branch Plants 2 and 3 were newly built; In 2006, Branch Plants 4 and 5 were expanded; In 2011, Branch Plants 6 and 7 were expanded. The current floor area of the plant covers 220, 000 square meters.

The company has more than 1, 200 employees, including 18% of the workforce of professional and technical personnel. We have strong technical capabilities.

Founded in 1985, Dalian Bihai has focused on environmental purification engineering for 40 years, delivering turnkey emission-control solutions to the aluminum-smelting industry. It is a high-tech environmental protection enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after-sales service and technical consulting.

We have delivered our products to more than 11 countries including India, Iceland, Canada, Japan, Iran, Italy, Angola, Indonesia, Oman, Vietnam, Russia and have a market share of 75% in China.

** Scope of Work: EPC or EPS

We can provide design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after-sales service and technical consulting services to client.

We can either send personnel to conduct the installation and commissioning, or dispatch personnel to provide installation and commissioning supervision at site.

** Production Capability

DB's annual production capacity can fulfill the GTC demand for smelters with an annual capacity of 3 to 4 million tons.

DB's annual production capacity can fulfill the FTC demand for carbon plants with an annual capacity 1.5 to 2 million tons.

** GTC efficiency and emission levels

GTC efficiency: 99.99% (related to the inlet gas components concentration), equipped with a CEMS monitoring system;

GTC outlet dust emission concentration: 2~5mg/Nm³ ;

Total fluoride emission concentration: 0.2~0.5mg/Nm³ ;

** Process & Quality Control

Strictly implement in accordance with the ISO9001 certification system;

Process automatic control system: Real-time monitoring of dust, HF, alumina flow rate, filter pressure difference, gas flow rate, gas temperature, etc. As well as fan vibration, motor current, etc.
