Currently, it has over 110 employees and is a nationally recognized "special, precise, special, and new" small and medium-sized enterprise (national-level 'special, precise, special, and new' SME) specializing in high-silicon oxygen glass fiber and a series of products, STP, VIP, fire blankets, and other high-temperature thermal insulation and fireproof materials, as well as low-temperature thermal insulation materials. It is also a high-tech enterprise. The company has obtained 18 invention patents and 12 utility model patents. It has been honored as a national-level 'special, precise, special, and new' SME and has been approved to build a demonstration enterprise of Shandong Province's enterprise technology center, a demonstration enterprise of Shandong Province's new materials, a key laboratory for high-temperature and high-silicon oxygen glass fiber in Linyi City, and a 'one enterprise, one technology' research and development center in Linyi City, among other research and development platforms and honors. In recent years, it has received over a dozen national, provincial, and municipal key support projects, including the Shandong Province Key R&D Program Major Innovation Project and the Shandong Province Taishan Industry Leading Talent Program.
