At present, Ruijia has made major technical breakthroughs in the technology and equipment in the fields of fruit and vegetable pre-cooling, fruit and vegetable storage and preservation, food and medicinal material drying, food thawing, agricultural product freezing, fruit and vegetable pre-treatment, LNG cold energy recovery, etc., and has obtained 2 inventions, 13 utility models, and 13 have entered the actual review stage.
In terms of standard formulation, Ruijia cooperated with the China Mainland Supply and Marketing Cooperatives to formulate the "Fruit and Vegetable Air Cooling Precooling Equipment" standard; in terms of the implementation of cutting-edge research projects, Ruijia undertook the research and development and manufacturing of the "Intelligent and Environmentally Friendly Mobile Pressure Differential Precooling Storage Integrated Device" of the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" key research and development plan project undertaken by the National Agricultural Products Logistics Engineering Technology Research Center, and cooperated with the National Agricultural Products Center to complete the research and development and manufacturing of the "Mobile Pressure Differential Precooling and Variable Temperature Storage Integrated Device".
