1. The business scope of the commercial subject shall be determined by the Articles of association. The scope of business belongs to the law. The project that should be approved by the law can only be carried out after obtaining the approval documents. Tip 2. 3. Each kind of commercial subject shall submit the annual report of the previous natural year to the Commercial Registration Authority within two months after the anniversary of its establishment. An enterprise shall, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Provisional Regulations on the publicity of enterprise information, publicize its information to the public.
