The Chinese PCB plant Suga controls the quality of PCBA from 4 respects: Raw materials purchasing, production technical controlling, all kinds of inspections during production and quality control system. Firstly, our bare circuits were made in our own house with extremely strict process control, other components like ICs, GPU etc are bought from sole agent not second hands agents. All components must be tested and checked by ourselves following IPC standard; Secondly, the SMT are following precise process controlling(01005 class), reflow temperature precise controlling(± 3º C); At the same time, we are using AOI optical scanning( defect recognition rate>=99.7%, X-ray scanning(BGA solder joint voiding percentage ≤ 25%) etc 7 kinds of method; And finally, we have set up the ISO9001&IPC-A-610E quality controlling systems, with all procedures files setting up, we can trace back all problems from DFM to after selling.
