The company has a number of experienced professionals and senior technicians in mold manufacturing, mainly focusing on mold development and product processing. Its mold manufacturing system has fully realized the computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD / CAE / CAM) to provide users with a full range of services from tooling design, manufacturing and debugging to qualified products.

At present, our company has 8 CNC milling machines, 24 250-1200 ton hydraulic presses, 21 3D laser cutting machines, 2 high-speed leveling machines and 3 welding sheet metal assembly lines. The production scale can reach 300 tons of daily steel, with an annual processing capacity of 150000 sets of automobile and electric vehicle sheet metal parts. In January 2017, our company passed ISO9001 and ISO / TS 16949 quality system certification.
