Founded in 2008, Shenzhen Masterli Machine Tools Co., Ltd. Is located in Henggang Industrial Park, Shenzhen City, which has developed transportation and advantaged resources. At present, MSTL has 3 production bases and above 300 staffs. We professionally research, develop, produce and sale cemented carbide saw blade cutting head (saw tooth), solid carbide wafer blanks, and indexable inserts.

In the past 6 years, we have established a mould production line (Switzerland + GF + UTY CNC wire saw for main equipment). A analysis test center is processed to monitor and inspect all processes of production for guarantee the stable quality. In addition, we have our own labs and R&D teams to research and develop new products for meeting markets' demands.

Saw-tooth production lines have developed into the largest similar production base in China. It has passed ISO9001-2008 Quality System Certification, and produces 2.6 billion piece of cemented carbide saw tooth every year. It mainly produces general saw tooth, saw blades, and industrial saw blades. It adopts the most advanced technologies and equipment, such as German PVA forcing sintering furnace and PEG technology.

Since 2011, MSTL has invested RMB 330 million Yuan in indexable inserts, and imported a complete production line, whose 95% devices are imported from high-end brands, has the first-rate level in international field. Meanwhile, MSTL's employed a lot of experienced professionals in reaching and developing materials, moulds, and blades. A complete quality control system and a technical services team is established to guarantee stability and quality. Aim to various processing materials, MSTL has advanced materials and CVD and PVD coating technologies. We can independently research and develop products, which can be widely used in various relevant industries. Special blades can be customized too.
