Linyi Zhongkuang Jinding Forging Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2009, mainly specialized in metal materials forging and die making as well as the design and development of high precision forging mold. The products are used in the field of auto parts, high-speed locomotive parts, petroleum machinery parts, mining machinery fitting, agricultural machinery parts and engineering machinery accessories, sales throughout all over the world. The company is located in Linyi Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and enjoys convenient transportation.

The company has 120 existing staff with 2 chief engineers, 30 engineer technicians. The forging workshop has equipped with a 20T hydraulic die forging hammer production line, which can produce heavy precision die forgings with the biggest bearing strike 406944mm2 and 500 kg. With a 3T hydraulic open forging hammer making line and a 3T fully hydraulic forging hammer making line, the company can make die blocks, like 5CrMnMo\5CrNiMo and H13 and all kinds of forgings. Some products were given the high quality forging award by China Forging Association, such as coal mining pin rail, scraper and front axle, etc. The company also equipped with a stepping gas heat treatment line, a 40T oil quenching line and 6 desktop furnace units, which can meet all kinds of mold heat treatment requirements. In addition, the mold development workshop and machining workshop are also equipped with advanced production equipment and craft, such as desktop heat treatment furnace, large gantry planer, CNC milling machine, wire cutting machine and front axle finish machining line. The testing methods are used widely, including ultrasonic, magnetic testing, metallographic, physical performance testing, etc.
