-After the ICT fixture wiring is completed, we use an FPV machine (auto check pin machine) to check the wires and output a report to ensure zero error wiring.

-Before assembling the equipment/FCT fixture, IQC staff will inspect incoming material one by one.

-Before the shipment of equipment/FCT fixtures, QC personnel will inspect each item one by one according to the QC checklist.

-We will do BSA/Strain Gauge testing on each project and provide a report to ensure that the UUT is not damaged during testing.

(Please note that the sample board will be not available due to applying the gauges to the board. )

- We actively and quickly respond each complaint from customer. We have a traceability system, Fixture Issue Traceability, which is perfectly processed and improved through 8D reports, E-CAR, FDR&KDR, etc
