Working Principle:
The upper and lower cars of back rows can be transported to the positions of front rows by controlling the lifting and sliding of the devices so as to realize the three-dimensional parking and dispatching of the cars, convenient for the car storage and retrieval.

A vacancy is provided in the lower layer, which is shifted by sliding-moving so as the upper carrier may descend down to the floor to let the car go out, while the car on the bottom layer may directly go out.
