3.What is the process if I install myself?
We provide training videos and documentation, as well as phone support.The process can be simplified into 4 steps; install the anchors and racking,screw the panels onto the rails, and run the wires to your electrical box,connect to your main panel. If you're willing to do that, DIY will save you thousands of dollars and you will experience a fantastic feeling of accomplishment.Many people will hire an electrician for the "grid tie"which is the only part of the process that deals with live wires.
4. How does your factory conduct quality control?
Quality first. We have a professional QC team to control the quality strictly Only when the quality meets the requirements, will it be packaged out of the factory.
5.Do I need to buy anything else?
You'll have everything you need to get up and running with our kits. That said, you will want to plan on a trip to the hardware store to buy any necessary installation tools, ground rods and wire if needed for mounting the solar panels.Outside of this, you'll be getting all of the most important components in your kit!
6.What happens if stuff arrives damaged?
