The company covers an area of 30 acres, with a construction area of 10, 000 square metres and a total investment of 30 million yuan. It has constructed a mushroom package production workshop, a strain laboratory, a sterile purification workshop, a mushroom production workshop and a mushroom package cultivation room, all covering 10, 000 square metres, with over 80 sets of edible mushroom production equipment. The cooperative has a daily input capacity of 10 tonnes of dry materials, a daily production of 20, 000 mushroom sticks, and a daily output of 10 tonnes of commercial edible mushrooms. Annually, it can process more than 3, 500 tonnes of materials and yield approximately 3, 500 tonnes of edible mushrooms, with an estimated annual output value of 15 million yuan and a gross profit of over 7 million yuan. The cooperative has established a technical cooperation relationship with the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the County Agricultural Technology Promotion Service Centre, adopting a factory-based production and industrialised management model. The produced king oyster mushrooms successfully registered the "Yuqin" brand trademark in March 2013, and in October 2019, it received national-level green agricultural product certification. Products are sold in cities such as Beijing, Jinan, Zibo, Dongying and Binzhou, with smooth market channels. In 2019, an investment of 10 million yuan was made to phase out obsolete production capacity, with the new construction of a 1, 200 square metre purification and bagging workshop, and the transformation of the mushroom production and cultivation workshop covering 8, 800 square metres. Two fully automatic mushroom package production lines and one strain production facility were introduced. By upgrading the technological processes, the labour intensity for workers has been reduced, and product quality has improved, leading to an annual reduction in production costs of 500, 000 yuan. The company will adhere to the philosophy of "standardised production, scientific management, and market-oriented marketing" to achieve traceable management in the production and sales of edible mushrooms, primarily focusing on king oyster mushrooms, and to contribute safe, healthy, and high-quality products to society.
