The semi-automatic advanced and precise equipments like Philips SMT machines, high efficient extruder etc, which supporting our production, and we also set up programmable temperature and humidity chamber to meet modern market demand. The whole production process and quality management strictly comply with ISO9001: 2008 standard, we have completed quality system from IQC to OQC to satisfy of our customers, for example, all LED material incoming will be under the inspection of microscope test, integrating sphere photoelectric test, red ink test, sulfuration test, pulse aging test to ensure high quality, furthermore, we have well order management ERP system and Customer management system to serve our customers and meet even exceed their needs.
