This business became so successful that we establish a distribution outlet in China for us leather which was sold through dealers to manufacturers of leather goods. This business remains the main source of income for the company. In 1998, a new division was formed for the conversion of nonwoven fibric into everyday cleaning products. This business has been developed quickly to the point where we needed to build our own factory in Zhuhai. This new facility will make us the only converter in China capable of producting a range of nonwoven fibric into a variety of cleaning products. We anticipated that our turnover will reach USD4million by the end of 2003.
