Technical Department of the company has over ten professional technical personnel with bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics and Machinery. The company invests in research and development and design of products every year to improve life cycle of the products.

This production line is Power and Free catenary, with spot suspension of 800 kg, the longest spray painted work piece of 16m. Total length of the production line is 150m. It is composed of stainless sprayer, drying oven, auto spray painting chamber (shielded chamber with a dehumidifier), infrared heating dryer and forced cooling chamber, etc. As the most advanced painting line in the industry, the whole production line is controlled with PLC digital controller and is. The single shift productivity reaches over 5, 000 m2.
