1. We are a company specializing in producing rubber seals, XIAMEN ELASTEC CORP. Is the production factory of group, and our headquarters is in Taiwan. We've been ploughing in rubber industry for over 40 years.

We already have 4, 000 moulds of various size of o-rings include Full Series Size accroading to U. S. Standard AS568, Japanese Standard JIS B 2401, Metric and customer molded parts. In addition to meeting the general standard about dimensional tolerances and appearance (e. g. ISO3601), we can fully meet the different needs of customers according to customer customization. We have more than 10 years experience in supplying zero defect o-rings and molded parts to European, American and Japanese customers.

We have a complete industrial chain from the design and machining of rubber mould, the research and development of rubber compound, rubber raw material mixing and rubber seal parts production to product sales and after-sales service, so we have the ability of quick proofing according to the different needs of customers.

3. Up to now, more than 95% products are exported to Europe, America and Japan. And the European market turnover accounts for half of the total.

4. We have top quality and operation management. Our Chinese plant has passed ISO9001/QS9000, ISO/TS16949(2002), ISO14001: (2004) and IATF16949: 2016 since 1998. We continue to improve the quality, cost and delivery for customer's satisfaction.

5. We specialize in the R & D and production of various industrial and automotive rubber parts. We have more than 35 years experience in automotive parts production, and the products meet the requirements of more than 85% automotive OEM plant.
